Founded in 2007 by Craig Lockwood, a veteran master moldmaker and designer with over 30 years of experience, Lockwood Mold Design began as a mold design and consulting business. For the first decade, Craig focused exclusively on providing expert mold design services, helping customer bring their visions to life with precision and skill.

In the late 2010s, recognizing the evolving needs of his customers, Craig decided to expand his capabilities by purchasing 3D printers to assist with his designs. As demand for 3D printing grew, so did his investment in new technology, and he soon added more printers to meet the needs of his clients.

The pandemic brought new challenges and opportunities, and in response, Craig made the decision to purchase his first CNC machines. This investment allowed him to provide high-quality machined parts, expanding his service offerings and further strengthening his commitment to meeting customer demands.

Over the years, the business has continued to grow and evolve, and now Lockwood Mold Design is proudly a father-son owned business. Together, we've steadily expanded our resources and capabilities. We proudly offer a full range of services, including CNC machining, 3D printing, as well as engineering and consulting.
